1. Payments
When you decide to make a booking please contact us first to check availablity.
Payments can be made either by completing the online secure booking form or you can fax or post us the printed version. We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and cheques which should be made payable to: Drymen Red Bus Co.
Once we receive payment we will send you a written confirmation and receipt. When you make your reservation we require the full amount for the daytrip(s) you are booking.
2. Cancellation
Scheduled Sightseeing Tours:
Should you need to cancel your trip more than 72 hrs before departure we will refund you the full amount.
Should you need to cancel less than 72 hrs before departure we are not liable to make any refund.
Private Tours:
A 50% deposit is payable on time of booking. For cancellations made up to one month before departure this deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations made less than one month before date of departure the full price is payable.
We cannot offer refunds to passengers who are late for a tour due to whichever circumstances.
In the event that Drymen Red Bus Co. should have to cancel a trip full reimbursement will be made or we will offer you an agreeable alternative.
3. Liability
Whilst Drymen Red Bus Co. has public liability insurance cover we cannot be held responsible for accidents, injury, loss, damage or additional costs resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend clients to take out a comprehensive holiday insurance for cover in the event of cancellation, personal accident or illness and lost or damaged personal possessions.
4. Safety
In the interest of your safety and wellbeing we ask you to agree to abide by any decision made and advice given by your guide. Please be aware that you are responsible for your own safety and that walking activities involve a certain element of risk.
5. Problems?
In the unlikely event of any problems occuring in relation to the trip please let us know immediately. The guide will try his/her best to resolve the issue to ensure that you can enjoy your trip!
