Here you can view for yourself and once you make a booking with us we can reserve your accommodation according to your choice. You then have to make payments as required direct to the accommodation provider.

Both Shiel Bridge and Sligachan on Skye also provide good quality budget accommodation to suit the slimmer purse.

Ratagan Youth Hostel

Ratagan Youth Hostel has one of the best locations in Scotland. From the attractive lochside garden, the views across to the Five Sisters mountain range are breathtaking. Good facilities mean the hostel is popular with walkers and tourist alike. There are otters, badgers and pine martins in the area. Red deer are numerous, and on the mountains ravens, ptarmigan, sea and golden eagles and mountain hares can be found.

Saltwinds is a new house constructed in the style of a traditional Skye home. It is quietly situated in an elevated position overlooking Fiskavaig Bay with a backdrop of Macleod's tables.
A perfect vantage point to view spectacular sunsets and during Spring and Autumn, the Northern lights.

Paul & Julie Nevill, originally from Southeast England, settled on the Isle of Skye in September 2006. Their hearts had long been rooted in the Isle as Julie's family originated from Portree and long visits over the years secured Skye's presence in the Nevill's future.
